The filtration system uses several distinct steps. The 6-stage configuration adds mineralisation after reverse osmosis.

Which Evora model is right for me?
Evora 5 gives you filtered drinking water at the sink. Evora 6 adds a mineralisation stage and a second tap for mineral water. Evora Complete adds the countertop dispenser, with water from ice-cold to boiling. Not sure? Message us and we'll recommend the right one for your kitchen.
Do I pay for cartridges?
Yes, but only for the cartridges themselves, which are replaced every five months. For ten years we deliver them and our technician fits them free of charge. Ask us for current cartridge prices.
Does the dispenser give ice-cold and boiling water?
Yes. The Evora Complete dispenser serves ice-cold water, boiling water at 100°C and five settings in between, for coffee, tea and honey drinks, in three cup sizes.
What is hydrogen-enriched water?
It is filtered water with a small amount of molecular hydrogen (H₂) dissolved into it. It looks and tastes like regular water. Evora Complete offers it as a drinking option alongside filtered and mineral water. It is not a medical treatment.
Can I prepare infant formula using the 45°C preset?
No. The World Health Organization recommends making up powdered infant formula with water of at least 70°C. Use the 100° setting, follow the instructions on the pack and let it cool to body temperature before feeding.
What does installation involve?
Our technician installs the filter under your sink, connects it to the water line, and sets up the drinking tap and, with Evora Complete, the dispenser. Installation is included in the price. We'll check cabinet space and the nearest power socket with you before the visit.
What does the water-purity reading mean?
The filter's display shows TDS in parts per million. TDS measures total dissolved solids; it is not a comprehensive microbiological or chemical safety test.
